The Master of Ceremonies or “MC” sets the tone of the evening. He is the man out front.   He is the representative of the host.  He makes guests feel welcome.  He easily directs the attention of the audience in a professional manner.

A professional master of ceremonies is organized and helpful with a friendly demeanor.  He doesn’t make inappropriate remarks.  He works from a script which is made part of the itinerary.
